Tripp Anderson, ABR, CBR, DREI, GRI, ITI certified, RCC, obtained his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University and later earned his MBA from Mercer University. He has been an agent, broker, trainer and an educator in real estate since 1980. During his time as a team leader, Tripp lead his office to rank 9th (in offices with 50-100 agents) within the 5th largest real estate company in the United States in 2003. James Clinkscales
James C. Clinkscales, GRI, has been licensed since 1972, and has taught real estate and appraisal courses for over thirty years. In 1983, he founded and became the proud owner of the American Institute of Real Estate and US Realty, Inc. Greg Dunn
Gregory J. Dunn, ABR, GRI, received a Georgia real estate license in 1972 and is currently licensed as a broker and approved instructor. He is a graduate of Columbus State University with a major in both Real Estate and Accounting. Greg is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Committee and he is active in his local Board, the State Association, and in the Real Estate Educators Association. In 1989, the Columbus Board of REALTORS® recognized him as the REALTOR® of the Year. He was recognized as “Educator of the Year” in 1999 by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and in 2001 by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.

Deborah Jackson began teaching and training at Georgia MLS in 1998 after an active real estate career throughout the 1990s. Prior to getting her real estate license, Deborah graduated with a degree in Business Education and has taught at both the high school and junior college levels. Kristy Serkedakis
Kristy Serkedakis, GRI, CRS, CRP, obtained her real estate salespersons license in 1973, her associate broker’s license in 1979 and, in 1995, she became the Qualifying Broker for CENTURY 21 Across Atlanta, a three-office company owned by Kristy and her brother, Pat. In 1974, Kristy obtained her GREC Instructor’s license but did not begin teaching until 1977. Since that time, Kristy has taught prelicense, continuing education and postlicensing classes. Tony Stephens worked for FNIS, the developer of RE/Xplorer, prior to moving to Georgia in 2001. His computer background made for a smooth transition into the Georgia MLS Technical Support Department, where he worked for four years. The growth of Georgia MLS warranted an addition to the Membership/Marketing Department, and now Tony spends his time visiting offices giving presentations about our products and services, along with bringing new membership to Georgia MLS. Kathy Steward
Kathy Steward, GRI, CRS, started her real estate career in 1982 after ten miserable years in accounting, her major at FSU. As a sales associate, Kathy earned the Million Dollar Club Award her first full year in real estate. She quickly found her way into management and has been recruiting, managing, training and coaching real estate agents since 1984. John M. White has been a REALTOR® since 1974. Over the course of ten years, John has worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of Atlanta’s leading homebuilders, and served as President for their real estate subsidiary. John was also the co-owner of two new-home construction companies in the Atlanta area for over 14 years. He formed a real estate company, where he acted as Broker and President, to market and sell those homes. John worked in sales and management in the mortgage lending business for a total of eight years and has taught a real estate finance course for six years.
